Introduction to CoyAmore
How can I create a CoyAmore account?
Download the latest version of our app from the Playstore (if you have an Android device) or from the App Store (if you have an iOS device). Once you launch the app, you can create a profile using your phone number. Once your account is created, the app will walk you through the subsequent steps to customize your profile and update your information.
Can I sign up for CoyAmore without any other social media profiles?
Yes, you don’t need any third-party accounts or profiles to use CoyAmore. You can sign up with just your phone number and a two-step verification process to get started.
How can I customize my profile and search preferences?
To set your dating preferences, go to the “My Account” tab at the bottom, and click on the Settings gear icon on the top right.

How do I message someone?
Once you mutually connect with another person, you can find them in the “Chat” tab and start a conversation. All your conversations will be available on this tab.
Can I unmatch someone on CoyAmore?
To unmatch, go to the “Matches” tab, click on a specific user’s profile, click the three dots on the top right, and select the “Unmatch” option.
Can I delete messages?
Yes. With CoyAmore you can immediately delete typos or unintentional messages either just for yourself or for all users.
Is CoyAmore free?
CoyAmore is available to download for free on the App Store and Play Store. However, we do offer optional in-app premium subscriptions and purchases to boost your experience.

Is CoyAmore available globally?
CoyAmore is currently only available in the United States. We do however intend to expand further and make the app available across continents, so stay tuned for further updates on our social media profiles!
Troubleshooting
I am unable to log into my account. What should I do?
In case of any technical issues you may have on your app, email info@introwoo.com with relevant screenshots wherever applicable.
Who should I contact for payment and transaction issues (such as being incorrectly charged, checking acceptable payment modes, incomplete transactions, and so on)?
All payment-related activity (including accepted payment modes, transaction activity, receipts, and transaction-related issues) are handled directly by either Google (if you are on an Android device) or Apple (if you are on an iOS device). Please contact Google support or Apple support accordingly.
Some feature(s) of CoyAmore is not working as intended on my app. How can I report this?
If you encounter any technical issues on your app, please contact info@Coyamore.com with information details about the operating system and the device that you used the app from, with relevant screenshots wherever applicable.
How can I delete my account?
Go to the “Me” tab at the bottom of the app and click on the Settings gear icon on the top right. At the very bottom, you will find the option to disable your account. This lets you either log out from, disable, (and temporarily deactivate), or delete your account permanently.
Safety, Privacy, And Security
I think my account has been compromised. What should I do?
If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, such as messages you didn’t send or photos you haven't uploaded, please follow the steps below:
If you use your email and password to log in to CoyAmore, change the password to your CoyAmore account and your email address immediately.
If you have linked your social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn) to your CoyAmore account, check for suspicious activity on those profiles, change your passwords, and contact the respective help centers immediately.
Your phone number can not be used to log in to Coyamore by someone else without access to your phone, as we use an SMS-based two-step authentication process for the same. Please do not share your one-time passwords with anyone.
For further assistance, send us a mail describing your situation in as much detail as possible so that we can get you the help you need right away. (While sending us an email, attach screenshots of your app wherever possible. This helps us assess the situation and take the necessary measures as early as we can.)
Does CoyAmore monitor my profile or my messages?
CoyAmore does not monitor any profiles or messages unless a specific user has been reported to us. If you a profile on CoyAmore has been reported by another user(s) on the app, we will monitor the messages and activity to prevent any activities that violate our terms of use (and eventually terminate the account if necessary.)
How does CoyAmore use my information?
CoyAmore only uses information that is explicitly provided by you (such as age, name, gender, and so on) to suggest matches on the app and make our app experience as comfortable and satisfactory as possible. For more information on how we use your data, please check our Privacy Policy.
How do I report a profile?
To report a specific profile, go to the profile you want to report, click the Options icon (three dots) on the top right of the profile, and select the “Block” or “Report” option.
When can I report a profile on CoyAmore?
We recommend reporting profiles if:
They are pretending to be you
They are pretending to be someone else
They suggest or express harmful tendencies (towards self or otherwise)
They use the features of the app to harass, threaten, or impersonate you or someone else
If they violate any of CoyAmore’s Community Guidelines
Why does CoyAmore have an age restriction?
We have designed our app specifically for people over 18 years of age to make the dating experience entirely safe and comfortable. This is also why we require age verification on the app and particularly recommend being a CoyAmore certified profile.
CoyAmore Premium
What is Retract?
Retract is a handy undo button for your dating experience. The other person will not be notified about you having retracted your Connect request.
What is Reveal?
Reveal lets you see who viewed your profile or sent you a connect request. You can accept the connect request (or send them one) through Reveal.
How do I subscribe to CoyAmore Premium?
Click the “Me” tab at the bottom and click on the Settings icon on the top right to find the “Upgrade Account” feature. This will give you all the information about our pricing plans, subscription terms, and so on. Alternately, if you have run out of Reveals and Retracts, you can click on the automatic pop-up to navigate to our pricing page.
